The first 2021 Cavallino Classic Middle East elegance contest took place between the Dubai Opera (at the foot of the tallest skyscraper in the world, the Burj Khalifa) and Casa Ferrari on the lawn of the Yas Links Golf Club in Abu Dhabi. Some of the rarest Ferraris were present, from the historic cars of the 1950s to the most recent supercars and hypercars.
Cavallino Classic has been one of the most important and well-known contests of elegance for Ferrari cars for thirty years, an unmissable event for collectors and fans of the brand which since 1992 has been repeated every year in Palm Beach, Florida. Since 2021, two special editions have been proposed, one in Modena, in Italy and the other in the Emirates and entitled Cavallino Classic Middle East.
The participating cars promote preservation in their original and authentic state. Restoration and body treatments, on the other hand, have a lower value in the final judgment.
Only Ferraris over twenty years old can compete for the Best of Show trophy, while all the cars in the competition are eligible for the other awards. The winning cars are invited to a special exhibition scheduled for the next Palm Beach Cavallino Classic scheduled from 20 to 23 January 2022.
