These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the thecarsafe.com website (the “Site”), published by SARL NOWA, operator of the THE CARSAFE® brand, 2 rue du Gabian, MC-98000 Monaco, Principality of Monaco. By browsing the Site, you accept these terms in full.

2. Nature of the information

The Site presents the services of THE CARSAFE® — car storage, collection management and car concierge — for information purposes only. The content of the Site does not constitute a quote, an offer or a contract. Any service is subject to a specific agreement signed between the client and SARL NOWA.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, except in cases of maintenance, force majeure or events beyond the control of SARL NOWA. SARL NOWA may suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the Site at any time, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

The THE CARSAFE® trademark, the logos and all content of the Site (texts, images, videos, graphics) are protected. Any reproduction or use without the prior written consent of SARL NOWA is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

5. Contact form

The contact form opens a message in your own email application, addressed to info@thecarsafe.com. No data is stored on the Site. You remain free to send or delete the message before it leaves your device.

6. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including the Apple App Store and WhatsApp). SARL NOWA has no control over these services and declines any responsibility for their content or their own terms and policies.

7. Limitation of liability

SARL NOWA cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from access to or use of the Site, including any interruption, error, virus or loss of data.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monaco.
